To register for BISP, the female head of household must visit the nearest BISP Tehsil Registration Center with her original Smart CNIC and original B-Forms for all minor children. Survey registration is 100% FREE.

BISP quarterly payments (PKR 10,500 to 13,500) are disbursed through partner bank campsites (Bank Alfalah in Punjab/KP/AJK, HBL in Sindh/Balochistan). Eligible beneficiaries receive an official SMS from 8171, visit the designated campsite with their original Smart CNIC, scan thumb biometrics, and collect full cash without any agent deductions.

Benazir Taleemi Wazaif provides quarterly educational cash stipends to children of active Benazir Kafaalat beneficiaries. Quarterly stipend amounts are: Primary (Boys PKR 1,500 / Girls PKR 2,000); Secondary (Boys PKR 2,500 / Girls PKR 3,000); Higher Secondary (Boys PKR 3,500 / Girls PKR 4,000). The Ehsaas Program is a landmark social safety net framework in Pakistan comprising multiple targeted initiatives, including Ehsaas Kafaalat (cash grants), Ehsaas Nashonuma (maternal health & nutrition), Ehsaas Amdan (livelihood assets), and Ehsaas Undergraduate Scholarships. The PM & CM Free Laptop Schemes distribute high-spec laptops to talented students enrolled in public sector universities and colleges. Selection is strictly merit-based based on academic GPA/percentage. Apply online at laptop.pmyp.gov.pk.
